First of all let me start off by saying for all of you using this big name wheelchair companies, let them go. I was dealing with national seating mobility for 2 years and never got the right equipment. Thankfully I came across my PT and she introduced me to Alan at Westpeak mobility. The people here actually remember your first name and you’re not a PO number . Alan and his staff go above and beyond to make sure that you’re in the right equipment and is a man of his word on his timeline of getting you the wheelchair which for me was right around 2 months with a custom seating system. Every time I had issues, he immediately fixed it. I highly recommend Westpeak Mobility for all your wheelchair needs!
Great service. Always address needs in a timely matter. They actually answer the phone and respond to emails! Professional and puts the clients needs as a priority. Thorough evaluation and assessment. Love this company and have been with them for years on a disability level in my personal life as well as Professional level through the work I do. Keep it up! Would recommend every time!
Professional, compassionate and caring - Alan's expertise on power wheelchair evaluation and fitting is exemplary. Attention to details on a person's personal needs are priority. The staff are professional, kind and accommodating. True customer service at it's best. Can't say enough. Bravo! You made my client VERY HAPPY.
I was first evaluated by Alan. I have had a great experience! Everyone has been very nice and willing to work with me to get everything I need on my rehab power chair and custom manual. They have worked with my PT and PCP to figure out what equipment would be best. We are still working on getting everything because we are adding or replacing some different things that we didn’t do when we first put the order through insurance. I feel as though I can easily contact the office and get help either virtually or in-person if needed. They are always open to any questions and concerns I have had. I was able to get my mobility equipment faster than I thought I would. It only took 2-3 months, while I know many other people who it has taken many months or even years. I would recommend calling and talking to them if you are looking for a place to get your mobility aids or ask your doctor to refer you to them. They can then give you more information to see if it is the right fit.
Had a FABULOUS experience with Westpeak Mobility! I went in February 2022 for my seating evaluation and my chair got delivered this morning 4/28/22. Alan and his whole time was superb! Anytime I called, which was a lot, they never seemed annoyed and gave me the answers I was looking for. My chair is everything I was looking for! I definitely will be coming here again for future chairs when the times comes!
